We formed this alliance to address a critical blind spot in healthcare operations, M&A, and Federal critical infrastructure: cyber-physical liability. Standard IT audits miss the physical infrastructure (HVAC, building automation, and connected medical devices) leaving organizations exposed to massive financial risk.

As an SDVOSB, we are eligible for Direct Award (Sole Source) contracts to help agencies secure Facility-Related Control Systems (FRCS) to UFC 4-010-06 standards. We provide P.E.-stamped cyber-physical due diligence, technical remediation, and continuous monitoring to find and fix hidden technical debt before it impacts operations.
CyberActabrings elite regulatory precision and quality-systems expertise. With deep experience in FDA 524B, HIPAA, GxP, and medical-device cybersecurity, they ensure absolute alignment with strict regulatory frameworks to prevent recalls and regulatory action across clinical and manufacturing systems.
